Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance items, used or damaged items, and items without original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number which must be included with your return package.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
