Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options with estimated delivery times of 5-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

For the protection of our premium handbags and accessories, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

Damaged During Shipping

If your handbag or accessory arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
